Mais qui n\u00e9cessite en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 <strong>une pr\u00e9paration minutieuse, une parfaite ma\u00eetrise des charges et un s\u00e9quen\u00e7age pr\u00e9cis des op\u00e9rations<\/strong> afin de garantir s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et efficacit\u00e9 tout au long de l\u2019intervention.<\/p>\n<p>Les principales \u00e9tapes de l\u2019op\u00e9ration :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyse de la r\u00e9partition des charges et des points de contrainte<\/li>\n<li>Mise en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et consignation<\/li>\n<li>Accroche des points de levage<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9paration et d\u00e9pose des \u00e9l\u00e9ments auxiliaires<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9montage ensemble chariot<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9coupe contr\u00f4l\u00e9e des extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s de chaque poutre<\/li>\n<li>Descente ma\u00eetris\u00e9e des poutres au sol<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Un des d\u00e9fis majeurs du chantier :<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Le moteur implant\u00e9 sur l\u2019une des deux poutres g\u00e9n\u00e9rait <strong>un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre de masse important<\/strong>, g\u00e9n\u00e9rant un risque potentiel de basculement lors de la d\u00e9pose.<br \/>\nA cela s\u2019ajoutait <strong>un planning d\u2019intervention particuli\u00e8rement serr\u00e9<\/strong>, afin de limiter l\u2019impact sur l\u2019exploitation du site industriel !<\/p>\n<p>Une op\u00e9ration cl\u00e9 en main men\u00e9e avec rigueur, m\u00e9thode et une coordination
